Confidently Off the Cuff Masterclass – 20th Nov

The art of thinking fast and speaking spontaneously.

As AI becomes more common in everyday work, many people rely on it to prepare messages, and presentations. What happens when you have the perfectly prepared presentation and then someone asks you a question? The ability to think and speak clearly in the moment is becoming even more valuable. It shows your judgement, presence and personality in real time. Confident impromptu speaking can help you stand out where a genuine, responsive contribution can make a lasting impression.

Work conversations rarely follow a script. Whether you’re doing a presentation, asked to share an update, respond to a challenging question or speak up in a meeting, the ability to think and speak clearly in the moment can help you make a stronger impression.

In this 3 hour small group masterclass, you’ll practise speaking with confidence without relying on a script. You’ll learn how to organise your thoughts quickly, stay authentic under pressure and adapt your delivery to the situation. We’ll also explore how spontaneous speaking can feel more responsive and human than rehearsed delivery, while recognising when preparation and structure still matter.
