2013 marked the first ever annual Improv Fest Ireland, a festival of improvisation, unscripted theatre and comedy! The festival aims to highlight the diversity of Improv as a Performing Art and introduce new audiences to the excitement and fun of what Improv has to offer. The festival will feature shows, Improv jams, storytelling, workshops and more!
The festival features top acclaimed international and national acts as well as top guest workshop tutors from all over the world. To date we have partnered with Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin and our famous Celebrity show has become a festival staple for fundraiser for our charity partner!
We welcome applications from troupes, improvisers and instructors in all styles of improvised theatre and comedy from all over the world. Past festivals have had performers visit from USA, UK, France, Italy, New Zealand, Canada, Spain, Belgium, Romania, Germany, Denmark, Holland, and Sweden.

LOVE IMPROV?
“Love! Improv” was set up to provide and network and community group for improvisers and those interested in improvisation in Ireland. The group meets monthly for jams and networking and the facebook group provides a discussion forum and a place to share your events.
